ROTH IRA's: Retirement Can be Less Taxing

The Federal Government passed a tax provision allowing anyone, no matter their AGI, to convert their Traditional IRA into a ROTH IRA. In addition, you can "decide" how to pay the tax liability generated by the conversion - pay 100% in 2010 or pay $0 in 2010 and then 50% in 2011 or 2012.
